I’ve updated the gallery with stills & screencaptures of Anthony as King, in highly acclaimed movie The Hate U Give.

Anthony was selected to be a part of Michelle Obama’s fifth annual College Signing Day event in Philadelphia, Pa. The former first lady and other celebrities were at Temple University to congratulate high school seniors on their decision to pursue higher education. College Signing Day was started in 2014 by Obama as part of her “Reach Higher” initiative encouraging high school students to pursue high education.
Anthony ditched The Avengers premiere yesterday in favor of making an appearance in Las Vegas’ CinemaCon to talk about his new movie Miss Bala, which in my defence, even with 6 upcoming projects I wasn’t aware of, with his co-star Gina Rodriguez.
Director Catherine Hardwicke debuted her upcoming thriller Miss Bala, scheduled to be released Jan. 25, which she emphasized stars a successful Latino actress, Gina Rodriguez. Rodriguez, who appeared with co-stars Anthony Mackie and Ismael Cruz Cordova, called their project “the ultimate female empowerment film,” about an “ordinary woman who becomes extraordinary.”
Miss Bala, a remake of the 2009 film of the same name that was Mexico’s foreign language film Oscar entry, doesn’t just have a diverse cast, but also a diverse crew. Hardwicke reported that the film was shot in Mexico and that 95 percent of the crew was Mexican.
I’ve updated the gallery with photos of Anthony during during the red carpet and presentation.
